This Administrative Assistant – General Counsel supports the General Counsel, Compliance Officer and Senior Director of Risk Management through a variety of administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support and performs other duties using reasonable judgment with minimal supervision. This is a role that requires careful and thoughtful treatment of confidential and sensitive information. The position involves drafting legal documents, preparing claims and insurance documents, handling information requests and assisting in the tracking of contracts. The Administrative Assistant will also perform administrative functions such as arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and distributing meeting agendas and minutes.



  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Over 1 to 3 years of business college or secretarial training preferred.


  • Ability to listen to others required.
  • Demonstrated written communication skills required.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills required.
  • Possesses familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
  • Uses office equipment, such as copier, fax, scanner, PC, printer, Internet and transcriber, with ease required.


  • Current Pennsylvania Notary Public Certification preferred.
