Responsibilities

The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that benefits, compensation and leave administration are administered in alignment with company guidelines, are compliant with legal and fiscal regulations, are competitive and are able to be easily communicated to employees. This role will assist the manager in program planning, data maintenance and processing, as well as program execution. It will require strong computer and analytical skills, attention to detail and compliance, strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple workplace demands. The Coordinator, Compensation & Benefits reports to the Manager, Compensation & Benefits and partners with all members of the HR team to assist employees as needed.
 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma/GED and over 3 years of administrative experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field of study preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in benefits administration, compensation and/or leave management preferred.
