The Director of Clinical Outcomes plans, directs and evaluates quality improvement and patient safety strategies in order to achieve measurable improvements and meet organizational goals; leads organizational efforts to prepare for accreditation and licensing surveys; develops and maintains a culture of continual readiness; trains and supervises Quality Management staff, Infection Control practice and staff; and designs work processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness. The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Patient Safety Officer and Performance Improvement staff under the direction of the CMO in a team approach to improve quality, safety and performance throughout the organization.

Leads and directs all quality management activities for the hospital, including, but not limited to, JHACO compliance, performance improvement and DOH accreditation. Develops strategic plans and policies for improved quality throughout the hospital, and works with top management to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.




  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, Public Health, Health Administration or directly related field.
  • Over 5 years to 7 years of quality improvement, managerial experience required.

  • Registered Nurse in PA, licensed upon hire, preferred.
