Responsibilities

The Human Resources Recruiter provides recruitment for the Human Resources Department by screening employment candidates (internal and external) to ensure that employment criteria are met, presenting qualified candidates to department managers/supervisors and by developing excellent relationships with internal managers, external agencies and community members.
 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma/GED and over 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Aministration, Human Resources or similar field of study (Heathcare Recruitment) preferred.
