The Manager, Compensation and Benefits is responsible for the oversight, design and execution of the Grand View Health Total Rewards program. This includes the design, analysis, management and implement of the systems’ benefit programs, including medical, dental, retirement, disability, life, tuition, etc. The role is responsible for exploring internally and externally to identify best practices and suggest improvements to match the needs of GVH employees in an efficient way. The Manager, Compensation and Benefits is also responsible for the design and administration of the organization’s compensation program. This includes monitoring industry trends, participating in salary surveys, conducting analysis on effectiveness of current programs and identifying opportunity to implement salary programs consistent with the organizational priorities. This role will also oversee the Leave Management and Workers’ Compensation programs and ensure appropriate compliance with federal laws, operational needs and alignment with benefits programs.
