Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Accounting Manager, the Payroll/Accounting Coordinator will be a member of the payroll team processing biweekly payroll for the hospital and its subsidiaries, as well as filing both payroll and non-payroll tax returns (annual escheats/monthly state corporate return), as well as other accounting functions, such as fixed asset accounting reconciliations, bank reconciliations and other balance sheet account reconciliations as assigned.
 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting/Math/Business, or over 3 to 5 years of experience (must be familiar with basic accounting and payroll functions) preferred, or high school diploma/GED and over 7 years of accounting experience preferred.
