As part of the Quality Management team, the Quality Specialist will facilitate and support quality and patient safety initiatives among the medical staff and hospital departments through data collection, aggregation, analysis and reporting. The Quality Specialist will use performance improvement tools and techniques to monitor processes and outcomes. The role will be responsible for maintaining peer review activity and the unit-based teams' projects/initiatives. The Quality Specialist will act as a resource for the medical and hospital staff regarding the continuous quality improvement (CQI) process.




  • Associate's degree in Nursing.
  • Over 5 years to 7 years of recent quality and/or data analytics experience required.

  • Registered Nurse in PA, licensed upon hire, preferred.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse in PA, licensed upon hire, preferred.
