The Trauma Program Manager must meet the minimum qualifications: including clinical experience in the care of the adult and/or pediatric patient, administrative ability and responsibilities that include but are not limited to organizing services and systems necessary for the multidisciplinary approach to the care of the traumatically injured patient. Applies advanced knowledge of techniques of supervision, management, and leadership as applied to specific nursing responsibilities.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum required: Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Four or more years of recent clinical or managerial experience in Critical Care, ED or Trauma required
TNCC required, within 6 months of hire
