How to Apply

How do I apply for a position with Grand View Health?

All available jobs are posted on Select "Search Jobs" to search all open positions or positions by category. All applications are accepted through our applicant tracking system. Our applicant tracking system is accessible on PCs, tablets and mobile devices.

Can I email my resume instead of completing an application?

Resumes cannot be emailed or delivered to Human Resources. You will be able to attach a resume as part of the online application process. Should you require computer access, you can complete the online application in the Human Resources Department.

What if I forget my user name or password?

Should you forget your user name or password, you can use the reset functionality on the login screen to have user name and a password reset link emailed.

Do I have to submit an application for each position?

You need to submit an application for each position you are interested in. It is recommended that when you log in to your account you edit your profile before submitting a new application, to ensure your information is updated and accurate.

Must I continually check the website for new positions?

Upon logging into your profile in the applicant tracking system, you can create a job search agent. You can specify the types of jobs you are interested in, and you will receive an email notification when a job that meets your specifications is posted. You can also sign up to receive updates on jobs, invitations to future events and stay informed of opportunities by Connecting With Us.

Application Confirmation

How do I know that my application was successfully submitted?

You can log into the applicant tracking system and view the status of your application at any time. You will also receive a confirmation email upon submitting your application. Due to the heavy volume of applications we receive, we are unable to respond to phone inquiries related to application confirmation.

Please note that for your application to move forward, you must meet the minimum requirements for the position for which you applied.

Response Time

When should I expect to be contacted regarding my application?

While our preferred method of contact is email, you may be contacted either by phone or email to schedule an interview. Should you not be selected to interview for a position, you will receive an email notification.

Due to the heavy volume of applications, we are unable to provide application status updates via the phone. For your convenience, you can go to and use the Quick Links option on the Search Jobs page to log into your account and view the status of your application at any time.
