The Diagnostic Radiology Physician is responsible to the Radiology Department Director.
Grand View is a Level II Trauma Center.
This is an independent, busy, private hospital-based radiology practice that consists of 7 full-time and 2 part-time radiologists. The practice is seeking a diagnostic radiologist to join as the seventh diagnostic radiologist. Subspecialization in body imaging or mammography would be a plus.
Work includes all aspects of diagnostic radiology, including breast imaging and basic breast procedures.
The position does not include interventional radiology.
The Radiology group provides full radiology services to a 169-bed main campus hospital and several outpatient centers. The hospital is an accredited Level II Trauma Center.
Grand View Health is expanding and building a new hospital adjacent to its original hospital, adding 6 floors with 10 new oversized operating rooms, private patient rooms, IR suites, ER and Trauma bay, a second ICU unit (14 beds) and a new radiology department.
The Radiology department is fully digital and integrated with PACS and voice recognition. Diagnostic call is shared equally and an imaging service picks up call from 11pm to 7am.
One year to earn partnership. Position includes competitive salary and benefits package: health insurance coverage with vision and dental coverage, CME, HSA, retirement funding and malpractice insurance. Vacation is 8 full weeks plus approximately 4 weeks of individual days per year.
The hospital is located less than one hour from Philadelphia, PA in a friendly suburban setting with excellent school districts.
