Responsibilities

Grand View Health is looking for a Head Teacher to lead our Pre-K Class at the Children's Center, located on the hospital campus in Sellersville. Are you ready to make a career move to a children's preschool with great benefits and a reputation for caring?

The Head Teacher develops educational programs and learning experiences in accordance with established state regulations and the Center's objectives in an atmosphere that is warm, friendly and conducive to learning. The Head Teacher is responsible for providing direction to the Assistants and Aides, and is also responsible for preparing/maintaining all required reports while adhering to all safety regulations and communications with parents. This is a year-round position.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or similar field of study and over 1 year of related experience required.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within 60 days of hire required.
  • First Aid within 60 days of hire required.
