Human Resource Generalist, Compensation & Benefits
Full Time, Days - Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm; remote work schedule available

Responsibilities
The Human Resource Generalist, Compensation and Benefits supports the Manager, Compensation and Benefits in the creation and management of our company's compensation policies and programs and benefits administration, in addition to reporting of HR-related data from the HRIS system. This role recommends and administers compensation and benefit plans that are compliant with applicable laws, regulations and company goals. The Human Resource Generalist, Compensation and Benefits is also responsible for administering the Return to Work process.The role will require strong computer and analytical skills, attention to detail and compliance, strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple workplace demands.
The Human Resource Generalist, Compensation and Benefits reports to the Manager, Compensation and Benefits and partners with all members of the HR team to assist employees as needed.
This role follows a hybrid schedule that is composed of working remotely and in the Human Resources office located in Sellersville, PA.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- High school diploma/GED with SHRM-CP or PHR certification and over 1 to 3 years of compensation and benefits experience or similar role required; or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar field of study and over 1 to 3 years of compensation and benefits experience or similar role required.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or similar field of study and over 3 to 5 years of compensation and benefits experience or similar role preferred.
