Responsibilities
The Imaging Informatics System Analyst will be a member of our Imaging IT Team and will provide support of all Imaging (both Radiology and Cardiology) hardware devices, including modalities, servers, printers, scanners, PCs, laptops and other devices located within the Grand View Health IDN. Support will also include maintenance and daily support of all Imaging applications and interfaces. Under general supervision, serves as liaison between Radiology, IT and business analysts (if applicable), and users to coordinate and help affect system installations, modifications and ongoing enhancements to routine and non-routine system operations. Participates in proposing of ongoing capital needs related to IT to support the ongoing operations of Cardiology and Radiology solutions and support.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Associate's degree in Radiology and over 1 to 3 years of PACS administrator duties preferred.
- Vocational diploma as a Microsoft Application Specialist preferred.
- Vocational diploma in Microsoft-certified networking preferred.
- Vocational diploma in ARRT preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Competency in the use of a variety of computer hardware and software systems required.
- Demonstrated written communication skills required.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills required.
- Effective interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to work as part of a team required.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Radiological Technologist, certified upon hire, preferred.
