Grand View Health is looking for a friendly and energetic Patient Service Representative to join our Family Practice in Quakertown and become a valued member of our team.
With a network of medical practices throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties, Grand View Health functions as an extended family of healthcare advocates who take pride in knowing that we aren't just making a living; we're leading our community to a healthier future.
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for a wide variety of functions, such as:

Handling the arrival and/or departure of patients in a practice,

Handling patient calls and inquiries,

Coordinating patient appointments and updating patient insurance/billing information, and
-
Performing point-of-service activities to ensure quality of care to the child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.
The Patient Service Representative must have good communication skills and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of patients. Must have the ability to multitask, take initiative to complete job duties in a timely manner, and be responsible.
Schedule: Hours are Monday, 4:00pm–7:00pm; Tuesday, 4:00pm–7:00pm; Wednesday, 4:00pm–7:00pm; Thursday, 4:00pm–7:00pm.
