Grand View Health is looking for a friendly and energetic Patient Service Representative to join our Surgical office in Sellersville and become a valued member of our team.

With a network of medical practices throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties, Grand View Health functions as an extended family of healthcare advocates who take pride in knowing that we aren't just making a living; we're leading our community to a healthier future.

The Patient Service Representative is responsible for a wide variety of functions, such as handling the arrival and/or departure of patients in a practice. The Patient Service Representative also handles patient calls and inquiries, coordinates patient appointments, updates patient insurance/billing information and performs point-of-service activities to ensure quality of care to the child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.

The Patient Service Representative must have good communication skills and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of patients. Must have the ability to multitask, take initiative to complete job duties in a timely manner, and be responsible.
