Grand View Health is looking for a friendly and energetic Patient Service Representative to join our Radiology Department.
With a network of medical practices throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties, Grand View Health functions as an extended family of healthcare advocates who take pride in knowing that we aren't just making a living; we're leading our community to a healthier future.
The Patient Service Representative is responsible for a wide variety of functions. such as handling the arrival and/or departure of patients in a practice, handling patient calls and inquires, coordinating patient appointments, updating patient insurance/billing information and performing point-of-service activities to ensure quality of care to the child, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient.
The Patient Service Representative must have good communication skills and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of patients. Must have the ability to multitask, take initiative to complete job duties in a timely manner, and be responsible.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- High school diploma/GED required.
