Practice Manager, Buxmont Cardiology Associates
Full Time, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
The Practice Manager is responsible for coordinating the daily operations and activities of the medical practice as assigned. The Practice Manager supervises staff as assigned and in the absence of the Business Coordinator, absorbs that position's responsibilities.Essential Functions:
- Recruits, hires and supervises staff as assigned and assists staff in development of performance goals and objectives. Ensures that goals and objectives are fiscally sound.
- Evaluates staff performance and handles disciplinary actions.
- Ensures that clinic building, offices and equipment are maintained in a state of readiness for use by patients and staff.
- Assists in the implementation of medical support systems and procedures.
- Monitors appointment, patient flow, medical record systems and staff.
- Ensures compliance clinic standards of quality patient care.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma and over 2 years of experience in a physician practice or related setting required.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field highly preferred.
- Relevant supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Certified Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse upon hire preferred.
