The Recruiter is an integral part of the Human Resources Team and performs all recruitment efforts for assigned departments.

Recruiter's Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a pool of qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Cultivate and support relationships with candidates, staff and management with all levels of the organization.
  • Participate in recruiting process, including sourcing, phone screening, selecting, interviewing and scheduling candidates for interviews and related follow-up.
  • Obtain references and effectively evaluate capabilities and suitability of best candidates following the job function and organizational culture and expectations.
  • In conjunction with the compensation department, ensure the integrity of the wage and salary program by following established protocols, which includes, but is not limited to, making appropriate wage and salary offers.
  • Recommend creative recruitment and retention strategies.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; ability to work from home 2-3 days a week.


  • High school diploma and 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
  • Possesses familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc.) required.
  • Competency in the use of a variety of computer hardware and software systems required.
