Responsibilities
Under the overall direction of the PM&R Manager, the Speech Pathologist examines and evaluates patients and administers speech pathology interventions to patients with speech, voice, language, communication, cognitive and swallowing impairments in collaboration with the referring provider. The Speech Pathologist demonstrates competency in skills necessary to care for and manage primarily adult and geriatric age patients in acute care, outpatient or acute inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Over 1 to 3 years of experience required.
- Videofluoroscopy preferred.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Speech Therapist, licensed upon hire, required.
