Physical Therapist - Outpatient, Per Diem
PRN / Per Diem, Days / Evenings - Non-Committed - As needed, prefer both day & night availability of hours for coverage & volume fluctuations. Prefer 1-2 Saturdays/month. Outpatient sites are open 7am-8:30pm Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm on Friday & 8am-12 noon on Saturdays.

Under overall direction of the PM&R Manager and clinical supervision of the Outpatient Lead Physical Therapist, the Staff Physical Therapist examines and evaluates patients and administers physical therapy interventions in collaboration with the referring physician. Demonstrates competency in skills necessary to care for and manage primarily adolescent, adult and geriatric age patients in an outpatient setting.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (or related field if a more advanced degree in PT is held) required.
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. This requirement is waived for individuals who were licensed prior to the requirement of the doctorate degree for licensure.
Experience as Physical Therapist required.

Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions required.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Physical Therapist, licensed within 6 months of hire, required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire required.
