Advanced Practice Provider for Primary Care in Chalfont

Full Time - 4 weekdays at approximately 8:30am-5pm with 1 evening shift during the week. 1 Sat morning/month.

Responsibilities
The CRNP and/or Physician Assistant (known as an APP) is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health of Grand View Health's patients by providing medical services under the supervision of a physician. The APP will assess patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; and obtaining, updating and studying medical histories for patients of all ages in this well-established primary care practice in Chalfont, PA.Primary care works within an Integrated Delivery Network, offering high-quality, low-cost care to patients of all ages.
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays, 8:30am–5:00pm with one evening per week and one Saturday per month.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:- Master's degree Physician Assistant required.
- CRNP licensed.
- Pennsylvania license.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Physician Assistant, licensed upon hire.
- CRNP/FNP, licensed upon hire.
- CRNP, licensed upon hire.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire required.
