Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner, Palliative Care is directly responsible to the collaborating physician and is a registered nurse prepared through a formal organized educational program. The Nurse Practitioner, Palliative Care provides a full range of health care services, including planning, organizing, coordinating and directing optimal patient care and outcome to ensure quality patient care to the adult and geriatric patient that meets regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Master's degree required.

Over 1 to 3 years of RN or NP home care experience preferred.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Nurse Practitioner, licensed upon hire, required.

Registered Nurse in PA - licensed, upon hire, required.

BLS certification required.

DEA license required.

Auto and driver's license required.
