Clinical Analyst
Full Time, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

The Clinical Anaylst is responsible for supporting the daily operation of the EMR system; educating customers to utilize functionality more effectively; supporting implementation, testing and follow-up of support issues; core group training; and data conversion. The Clinical Analyst's other responsibilities may involve participation in the implementation of site-specific initiatives, project management, vendor management, education, conversions and understanding of and participation in process redesign. The Clinical Analyst assists in the planning, design, development and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required:

  • Associate's degree in Clinical, Business, Computer Science, or related field and over 3 to 5 years of equivalent work experience required.


Preferred:

  • Over 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare and applications support.
  • Experience in financial and clinical applications support.
  • In-depth knowledge of MEDITECH (clinical and financial), NPR reporting beneficial.
