Full Time, 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

The Employee Relations Specialist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level with a focus on employee relations and works closely with HR management in supporting employee relations, training and development, and HR systems. The Employee Relations Specialist serves as a resource for employees and management on policy interpretation, employee relations and performance management.
 

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field of study and over 3 to 5 years of experience in the human resources field required.

  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
  • Possesses familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).


LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • PHR and/or SHRM-CP, upon hire, preferred.
